Notes
To make strawberry puree either use 1 cup fresh strawberries diced or thaw a cup of frozen strawberries. If using fresh place the strawberries with 2 tablespoon water adn 2 tablespoon sugar in a sauce pan and bring to a simmer stirring until sugar is dissolved and strawberries release their juice. Puree in a blender then chill until ready to use. If using frozen thaw and place in saucepan juice and 2 tablespoon sugar. Heat until sugar is dissolved then puree in a blender. Chill until ready to use. You don't have to strain the strawberry puree unless you want to remove the seeds that didn't get blended.
