Pomegranate Passion Fruit Rum Fizz

A gorgeous holiday cocktail with sweet and tart flavors from the passionfruit and pomegranate made fizzy with sparkling rosé.

Ingredients

4 tablespoon Pomegranate Arils
4 Oz Koloa Gold Rum
2 oz Elderflower Liqueur
2 oz Passionfruit Syrup
1 oz Lime Juice
2 oz Pomegranate Juice
2 teaspoon simple syrup optional if a sweeter drink is desired
Sparkling Rosé
Garnish
Mint
Pomegranate Arils

Instructions

Muddle 2 tablespoons of pomegranate arils in the bottom of two collins glasses then fill with ice
In a shaker filled with ice add the rum, elderflower liqueur, passionfruit syrup, lime juice and pomegranate juice. Shake until well chilled. Pour into glasses and top with sparkling rose, a few pomegranate arils and a sprig of mint. Serve immediately

Notes

This can also be made non-alcoholic for non-drinkers and kids alike. In place of the rum and elderflower liqueur, replace with equal parts lychee juice and white grape or apple juice. Mix the drink similar to the cocktail and top with lemon lime soda in place of the sparkling rosé
