) In a bowl, combine ground beef, soy sauce, Worcestershire, breadcrumbs and 1 egg. Mix everything together until incorporated and form into 2 equal sized patties.
) In a hot cast iron skillet (if you have one), cook the burgers for 4-5 min on each side until desired doneness. When burgers are done, reserve to a plate
) In the same skillet, cook 1Tb butter and flour together until the flour is cooked off. Add beef broth and use a spatula to scrape the bits from the bottom of the skillet. Cook on high heat and allow gravy to reduce. It should be able to coat the back of a spoon.
) Finally, make a perfect sunny side up egg. In another non-stick skillet, add 1 Tb butter and allow butter to melt. Add 1 egg and cook until the whites are fully done. (I cook each egg separately).
) To assemble, Add rice to plate, top with burger patty then gravy and finally your egg. Garnish with chopped green onions and other toppings, such as shoyu, ketchup or sriracha.
