Aloha Friday Martini ( Pineapple Coconut Martini). The pineapple isn't originally from Hawaii, but Hawaiians grew them for years and years. I love pineapples in all recipes, especially cocktails.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Organic Ocean Vodka
  • 11/2 ounce Pineapple juice
  • 11/2 ounce coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon Maui Honey
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice

Instructions
 

  • Combine all in a shaker and pour into a well chilled martini glass. Garnish with a thin pineapple circle
