I am guest posting over on Jensinkler.com today with this recipe for this Grilled Halibut with Kale Pistachio Pesto. One of my fave healthy meals. Its a great recipe for getting back on track after over indulging in party food from the Super Bowl Weekend. That is until you start in on Valentines day goodies in two weeks.

Jen eats mostly “paleo” and since a majority of my daily “diet” is paleo-ish ( I don’t label what I eat since, um, caramel popcorn isn’t paleo, although I am pretty sure if cavemen had caramel popcorn they would totally eat it) and I am not very strict with rules of any one set diet, but a lot of her readers are.
